You know in your bones that customer success is the only way to fuel profitable growth.  You love hard problems and smart people.  You talk equally well with executives and front-line personnel (and by talk, we mean listen).  You prefer to meet your clients face-to-face, where they live and play.

 

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in senior customer experience role
  • Strong understanding of data and statistics
  • Able to communicate in a way that resonates and motivates
  • Proven project management proficiency (yeah ... we did that on purpose)
  • Willing to own the project and the client from sales to contract, design to implementation, wrap-up to the next project
  • Bachelor's degree

Sr Account Executive

You know how to open doors, get referrals, build relationships.  Mostly, it's the relationships.  You love to listen to your clients and solve their problems.  You're technical enough without losing sight of the human side of the sale.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years selling consulting or professional services
  • Able to communicate in a way that resonates and motivates
  • Consistently surpasses quota
  • Manages and closes complex sales
  • History of net direct new business sales
  • Willing to meet with your customers face-to-face
  • Bachelor's degree
